Andy Lewis and Perfect Blue Party Band

As well as my original project I also run Perfect Blue and The Trends Party band.

Since forming in 2001 we have been playing at events, weddings and private parties across the UK and the world, in front of huge audiences, and for many prestigious clients and venues- see below.

I run various ‘versions’ of these bands ranging from a solo piano/vocal set up to acoustic and amplified duos through to 5/6 piece function bands. We’re comfortable in- and have an extensive and evergrowing- playlist that encompass styles ranging from jazz and swing through to soul, funk and rock/pop/modern day chart music.

We are more than willing -and often do- travel for work, and we own a substantial and top of the range PA system to suit all venues and events.

Clients have included The Royal Opera House, The National Theatre, The Royal Albert Hall, The Royal Festival Hall, Ricky Gervais, Michael McIntyre, Simon Cowell, The BBC, The 02, The Barbican, Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsey, Children in Need, Sony, Warner Chappell, Strictly Come Dancing, Universal, Cowes Week, Bacardi, Mount Gay Rum, The Dorchester Hotel, The Savoy Hotel, amongst many others.

Here’s some recent live demos of the 5 piece band in action:

Andy Lewis

I'm a welsh singer-songwriter, based in Cardiff and my influences range from Sting, Stevie, Prince, Ray LaMontagne and whole host of other artists, old and new. I write mostly on the piano, and then bring my band in to complete the job.

As well as performing my own material, i re-arrange well known tunes and often play these at my gigs- my versions of reworkings on other artists’ material can be found on my site via the videos page along with some of my original music.

I also own and run, alongside my friend and awesome engineer, Liam Ross, Corner house Studio, based in Cardiff. Check us out at www.corner-house-studio or on twitter – @cornerhouse148. We’re open 7 days a week and offer a varierty of recording options.
